children spent the weekend in New York City where they visited Mr. and Mrs. Fabian Kozik and Mr. ■ and Mrs. Horace Cunningham. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller and Mrs. W. C. Campbell were visitors Saturday of Mrs. C. H. White in Linden. The Rev. and Mrs. C. E. Buxton and son Edward of Springfield were weekend guests of their daughter and sister Mrs. W. F. Moffett and Judge Moffett at their home on Gay Street. Miss Mary Brooke Massie spent the day Sunday with her grandmother Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr. Mrs. T. C. Lea returned home Monday after visiting relatives in Bedford and Amherst. Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Woods of Culpeper were Friday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Wayland. Weekend guests of J. Stant Weaver were Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda and family of Fairfax and John Weaver of Arlington. H. Magruder Keyser of Clifton and his father-in-law Frank L. Schultz of Sturgeon Bay, Wis. and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. were visitors Friday of Jos. D. Keyser and Mrs. H. M. Keyser. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Hodges of Chesapeake are expected to arrive today as guests for several days of Mrs. B. M. Miller at her home on Mt. Salem Avenue.
Mr. and Mrs. Bob Weakley are guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Jenkins on Gay Street. Mr. Weakley was recently discharged from the Army and has resumed employment with the C&P Telephone Company and Mrs. Weakley is engaged in teaching horsemanship. They will later make their home on Blue Rock Farm.
Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr. left last Wednesday for a visit with their son-in-law and daughter, the Rev. and Mrs. Park Dickerson and family in Hanover, N. H. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Weakley spent several days in the Davis home.
Miss Cil Davis accompanied by Mrs. Susan Shearer of Front Royal spent Friday and Saturday in Lynchburg having interviews at Randolph-Macon Women’s College.
