Mr. Baldwin is married to the former Violet Burke and they have two children, a grown son, Steve and Susan, at home.

In Wakefield District Herbert Foster has served 16 years on the Board. He is a native son, 65 years old, a farmer and orchardist. Mr. Foster is a member of and chairman of the Selective Service Board here and chairman of the Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants National Bank. Walter H. Williams jr., 62, of Chester Gap is a candidate for the Wakefield Baord seat. He is a native of Rappahannock and attended public schools here. He has been a mechanic at the American Viscose Corp. for 31 years.

Mr. Williams is married to the former Marie Pearson of Middleburg and they have a family of four. He spent 4 years in the service of the U. S. Army.

Incumbent in the newly formed Stonewall District is Norman J. Wilbur, 50, of Slate Mills. He was born in Elmira, N. Y. and entered the military service at the age of 17. He remained in first the Army and then the U. S. Air Force until retirment having enlisted and gone through the ranks than up to the station of Lt. Colonel.
