GRAIN—Corn prices were moderately higher, while soybeans were sharply higher for the week offerings were 11 cents higher at $3.14-1/2 to $3.15-1/2. Georgia multi carlot prices gained 12 cents at $3.14-1/4 to $3.15-1/14. Terminal prices at Memphis were 8-1/2 cents higher, $3.12-1/2 to $3.14-1/2; Norfolk, $3.06.
Bids to soybean producers at Southeast Virginia points ranged 35 to 42 cents higher than last week at $6.35 to $6.46 and Richmond, $6.40 to $6.46. Wilson, N. C., was up 39 cents at $6.45.
