Canning season is here and persons should be sure all equipment and supplies are in good working order. To be sure pressure canners, are working properly, there will be a pressure canner gauge testing clinic at the Rappahannock County Extension Office on Wednesday, July 14, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday, July 15, 10 a.m. to Noon.
