THE major objectives of the plan include:
(1) Provision of outreach, to inform older persons of available services and benefits; (2) Provision of individual social services counseling to help link older persons with needed services; (3) Provision of transportation services; (4) Provision ofin-hom^ health and group health programs. (5) Expansion of the Nutrition Services program; (6) Exploration of a housing repair program; and (7) Study of community reaction to a discount program for older persons and, if appropriate, development of such a program.
