GOLDSBOROUGH HOUSE In Culpeper is a transitional residential facility for mentally retarded young women ages 18-35. It is designed to provide training in individual living skills to encourage independence. The emphasis is to prepare each woman to be a more useful and productive member of society, with an increased pride in her own accomplishments. Qualified resident counselors are backed up by consultants and the Mental Retardation Staff.
