Apparently, the Virginia Attorney General’s office intends to remain silent on constitutional issues involved in the controversial Agricultural and Forestal District Act.
Last Tuesday, the Orange County Board of Supervisors considered three AF District applications for the second time and again postponed a decision to accept or reject the districts. This time, the Supervisors put off action until January 5, still hoping that they will have an opinion from the state’s highest legal officer by that date.
