OTTIE RALLS, past president of the Amissville Ruritan Club, is presently acting as one of the zone governors for the Rappahannock Ruritan District. Ralls attended the national convention held recently in Washington, D.C. along with some 2500 delegates. The convention marked the 50th year of Ruritan work in America.
