THE DAR GOOD CITIZEN PIN given by the Culpeper Minutemen Chapter, NSDAR, was presented Scott Jenkins, a senior at Rappahannock County High School by Mrs. J. H. White, chapter Good Citizen Chairman in a recent ceremony. Jenkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Jenkins of Amissville, also received a certificate and copy of “Washington Landmark”, a DAR publication. Selection of a good citizen is based on the qualities of dependability, patriotism, service and leadership.
