We can derive additional benefits besides vitamins from the citrus fruits we are eating now. They can be grown into interesting, attractive foliage plants.
Save seeds of grapefruits, oranges, lemons, and limes to grow your own citrus trees. They may never fruit but they add handsome green foliage to the home.
You can plant citrus seeds in any good potting soil. Place individual seeds in 4 inch pots, or start several seeds in an 8-10 inch pot. Cover the seeds with about V* inch of soil, and water thoroughly. Keep the soil evenly moist.
