Miss Joan Lynn Jenkins, niece of the bride, was the bridesmaid. Her gown was blue and she carried daisies with ribbons matching her dress. The flower girl was Karen Kindall, niece of the groom. She wore a long blue dress and carried a basket of flower petals.

John William Kindall, Sr. was best man for his son.

For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Racer wore a formal coral dress with a white rose corsage. The mother of the bridegroom chose a long white skirt with matching top and a pink rose corage.

A reception followed.

The couple is living at Sperryville.
