caning on Mrs. Cabe Burke Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Rannie Burke and sons, Greg and Jerry of Manassas, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Alther, Roy Jr. and Missy of Sperryville and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Burke and Jeff. Mrs. C. E. Baldwin and Ginny and Donnie Jenkins recently visited Mrs. Burke.

Mrs. Arthur Miller and Mrs. Harry L. Smith will leave Friday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. Brent at their country home in Heathsville. During the absence of Mrs. Miller, Mrs. James M. Settle of Arlington will be the guest of her brother, Mr. Miller. Dr. and Mrs. G. Tyler Miller of Harrisonburg were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Miller.

Mrs. Craig Welling of Gales Ferry, Conn, and Page Moffett of New York City met their parents. Judge and Mrs. W. F. Moffett, Jr. in Washington, D. C. Monday evening and attended the funeral of the Rev. C. E. Buxton Tuesday before returning home. Mr. and Mrs. W. F. MofFett III also attended the funeral.

Mrs. Walter Futrell of Falls Church spent Sunday with Mrs. W. M. Fletcher.
