Rescheduled
The pre-trial conference on the case between the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals, the Rappahannock Ski Corporation and the county Board of Supervisors, scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, has been continued until Monday, July 24, at 10 a.m. due to a death in the family of BZA attorney Robert Fitzgerald. The conference will be held in the Leesburg courthouse before Judge Carlton Penn.
