Kevin W. Raney, ton of Mr. and Mrc. Charles I. Raney of Flint Hill, made the Dean’s list at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University during the spring quarter. Kevin, a sophomore with a liberal arts and science major, made a 3.4 average or better in the University’s 4.0 grading system.
