A comparison of potential teachers to anticipated teaching vacancies would indicate an over-supply of candidates. However, many of the potential teachers select employment other than teaching and the number of available candidates becomes less than anticipated. Furthermore, due to family commitments and various other reasons, many candidates are limited to certain geographical areas.
We believe, through a cooperative effort with colleges, placement centers and referral services, all vacancies will be filled before the opening of school.
