Ms. Bruce reminded the Supervisors that Admiral Gardiner had quoted BZA attorney Robert Fitzgerald as saying he wouldn’t charge more than $3,000 in the ski area suit. She added that the BZA chairman’s statement was included in the minutes of the April Board meeting.
