Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins were Mr. and Mrs. John Powers and George of Amissville, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Frazier. Mrs. Lois Frazier, Patty Atkins, Frances Leake, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kirby, all of Warrenton and Mrs. Will Frazier of Hume. Afternoon visitors were George Willis and son, George of Colonial Heights, Mrs. Beulah Armentrout and Mrs. Elnora Shumate of Front Royal.

Suzanne Updike of Culpeper spent the weekend with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer and uncle, Fred C. Schaefer. They were dinner guests Sunday evening of Mrs. Lucille Payne in Madison.

Mrs. Florine Estes, Martha Alther and Mrs. Elmer Atkins of Flint Hill recently toured Lancaster and Gettysburg, Penn.

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Rubinchak returned home recently from Bermuda where they attended the wedding of his - brother, Steven Rubinchak, to Donna Ellen Atwood.

Christening

Twenty-five family members and friends gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert O. Bridges, Washington, Va. on Sunday, July 18, for the christening of Austin Bridges Cox, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank D. Cox of Charlottesville. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. John Hobbs of Manassas. Mr. and Mrs. Bridges are the baby's grandparents.
