The BZA granted a special use permit to Troy Collum Jr., to operate a craft shop on Route 626 between Hitt’s garage and Route 522. Sharon Collum assured the Board that the site, located approximately 1,000 feet off the road, provided adequate parking space. The Collum’s permit restricts sales to furniture built on site.
The Board also issued a special use permit to Stephen J. Poliak for a trailer during construction of the Poliaks' home on Route 622 in Gid Brown Hollow with the stipulation that the trailer be removed by July 1, 1976.
