The Supervisors agreed to abandon plans for a third weekly trash pick-up at dumpster sites in Huntly, Scrabble and Amissville. The added expenditure would be justifiable, said Wood, if it would solve the county’s problems with trash thrown on the ground instead of in the dumpsters.
