The newly formed Kappahannock-Rapidan Emergency Medical Services Council is dedicated to the exploration of methods and ideas that can contribute to increasing the efficiency of emergency medical services in the five-county area encompassing Fauquier, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Orange and Madison.
