Of Title 4 of the Code of Virginia?" and the regular election officials of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, shall open the polls and take the sense of the qualified voters on such questions at the election to be held on November 7, 1978; and the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County, Virginia, shall publish notice of such election in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, once a week for three consecutive weeks prior to such election.

The regular election officers of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, shall open the polls at the regular polling places in said County where votes shall be cast at such election, on November 7, 1978, and during the same hours, as the polling for the qualified votes of the County of Rappahannock in the election. The election shall be by ballot which shall be prepared by the electoral board of the County of Rappahannock and shall be In such form and subject to such qualifications as are set forth in Section 4-98.12 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, and shall state: "MAY MIXED ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BE SOLO IN THE COUNTY OF RAP PAHANNOCK, VIRGINIA, BY RESTAURANTS LICENSED UNDER CHAPTER 1.1 OF TITLE 4 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA?".
