Such ballots shall be counted, returns made and canvassed as in other elections, and results certified by the Commissioners of Election to this Court.
And it is further ORDERED that the Sheriff of the County of Rappahannock serve certified copies of this Order upon the Chairman or Acting Chairman and Secretary of the Electoral Board of the County of Rappahannock, and that he make return to the Court that he has executed such service.
