ORDER

This day came the Petitioners to be heard upon their Petition, filed pursuant to Section 4-98.12 of the Code of Virginia of 1950 as amended, asking that a referendum be held on the question, "May mixed alcoholic beverages be sold in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, by restaurants licensed under Chapter 1.1 of Title 4 of the Code of Virginia?"

It appearing to the Court, from affidavit duly filed, that the Petitioners have proceeded in the mode prescribed by law herein, that such Petitioners are qualified voters of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, who exceed in number fifteen percentum (15 per cent) of the number of votes cast by qualified voters of such County and counted for presidential electors in the last preceding presidential election in said County; and that such referendum should be held;

THE COURT DOTH AD JUDGE, AND ORDER that a referendum be held on the question "May mixed alcoholic beverages be sold in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, by restaurants
