I wonder how all the other parents feel about the fact that their child is having to repeat the second grade and so are most of his classmates from last year.
A democracy can only be good and function properly when the people are truly represented by their leaders. It follows then that any worthwhile school program should fulfill the needs of the children to be taught and not the children fulfill the needs of the school programs.
