The Supervisor’s public hearing on rezoning 165 acres in Ian Pryde's Blue Rock Farm large lot subdivision was unusually quiet with no one speaking either for or against the proposal. Action on the rezoning was postponed until the November 2 Board meeting after Pryde and attorney Douglas Baumgardner couldn't come up with a final plat that showed all five lots involved in the rezoning.
