The object of this suit is to quiet title of Rappahannock County School Board, Complainant in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to certain real estate known as the "Scrabble Graded School," near Scrabble, Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, on State Secondary Route No. 626, containing two (2) acres, more or less, said land alleged to have been obtained by the Complainant by adverse possession for a period in excess of forty (40) years, as more fully recited in the Bill of Complaint.
