The Dunphys are particularly proud of their sandwich bar, which serves anywhere between 35 and 50 people for lunch. It is handled by Connie Keyser and Sherri Breeden, whom Mrs. Dunphy calls “our little elves."
She adds that there is no way that they could manage all the work by themselves; both the Dunphys work in the store seven days a week, and they need the extra hands that Connie and Sherri provide.
