Virginia’s Division for Children is seeking nominations for the Outstanding Young Virginia Awards. The * awards, designed as an International Year of the Child activity, will recognize approximately 44 Virginia teenagers who have provided meritorious service to their communities.
Planned as an annual event, the Outstanding Young Virginian Award will honor boys and girls, 13 to 18 years, of age, who have demonstrated a commitment to the betterment of humanity.
