REZONING APPLICATION

The Planning Commission of Rappahannock County will consider the application of Mr. Peter Kramer of Washington, Virginia to rezone a portion of the “Old Mill” property on the west side of the Rush River between Routes 683, 522 and 211 from Agriculture District (A-1), Conservation District (CV-1) and such portion of the property, if any, on which the “Old Mill” building stands which is located in the Flood Plain District (FP-1) to Business District (B-2), at a hearing to be held in the Court House building, Washington, Virginia, on Thursday, July 26, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. Further information on the meets and bounds of this property, and the portion thereof sought to be rezoned is available in the Clerks Office.
