According to director Camille Harris, Sursum Corda serves between 40 and 45 children a week in its summer program. Although enrollment is open to youngsters two to 12, most of the children taking part are in the two through six-yearold group.

“There isn’t any baby sitting here,” emphasized summer instructor Tinker Hay. “Not even in outside play time.” Instead, the youngsters at Sursum Corda are always learning but they have such a great time in the process that they think it’s just plain old fun.
