In celebration of Christmas, the following will observe holiday schedules:
Rappahannock public schools: close at 2 p.m., Friday. December 21. Classes will resume Wednesday, January 2.
County offices: closed Monday and Tuesday, December 24 and 25.
State offices: closed Monday and Tuesday, December 24 and 25. ■■
Post offices: closed Tuesday, December 25.
Rappahannock County Library: closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24, 25 and 26.
Rappahannock National Bank and Farmers and Merchants Bank: close at noon on Monday, December 24 and all day December 25.
The Rappahannock News office will be open Monday. December 24 deadline for copy and. ads is noon. The Rappahannock News will be closed Christmas Day.
