The Rap pa h>a n n o c k Historical Society will hold a special meeting on Friday. January 4. at 7:10 p.m. in the courthouse to take a formal vote on re-enacting a civil war battle this Labor Day at James W. Fletcher's Double Gate race course.
Paul Taylor, weekend resident of the county and member of ‘‘First NorthSouth' Brigade.” will be at the Historical Society meeting to answer questions on re-enactments. Taylor has taken part in living history performances presented from New York to southern Virginia.
