As the representive of 45 teachers who belong to the Association. Baines read that the building program presented last year "seems to have been pushed aside by the over-dramatic presentation of a severe drug problem."
The association charged the school board with ignoring "the pressing problem of inadequate space at the high school, as well as the elementary school.”
