JV Wins

The JV Panthers Jiit .500 ball, trouncing Luray 40-30 to bring their record to 2-2. Rappahannock took the lead early in the first quarter and held it throughout the game.

In the fourth period, big then Mike Leake and Carl Frye were sent to the bench with five fouls apiece. The fans had some doubts when Leake, a leader in rebounding and scoring, went out but Glenn Fletcher filled in and led the Panthers on to victory with 13 points, high for Rappahannock.

The Panther bench came through and added five points and four rebounds to the tally. Lee Anderson was top man on the boards for Rappahannock with seven rebounds. Player
