Much later in the meeting before the board retired into executive session, high school teacher Don Bomberger asked if the school board had a target date for either the committee report or implementation of the building program. He noted that six months have passed since the supervisors requrested. a cost analysis and five months have gone by since the committee was formed.
“The information must be secured and wrapped in a package by Mr, Baumgardner,” Mrs. Massie countered.' That the1 capital outlay committee must make a report to the school board before the board decides on a proposal to take before the supervisors for funding," she explained. She added that the committee had set no deadline for Baumgardner.
