Lt. Commander and Mrs. Craig Welling and Judith Carter, who were guests from Tuesday until Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett Jr., have returned to their home in Gales Ferry. Conn. The Wellings spent Friday and Saturday in Annapolis, Md., visiting Midshipman Blake Welling at the Naval Academy and attending the Navy-Villanova football game. Judith Carter was the guest of her grandparents while her parents were away.
