PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to effect a sale of the hereinafter described property for delinquent real estate taxes and other recorded liens, if any, on that certain tract or parcel of land, containing 10 acres, situated in the Hawthorne Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, of which Toliver Bennett is the record feq simple owner. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the following persons may not be residents of the Com monwealth of Virginia: TOLIVER BENNETT, if living, whose last known address is c-o O. L. Bennett, Route 1, Culpeper, Virginia, or if he be dead, then the spouse, heirs, devisees, and sue cessors in title of TOLIVER BENNETT, who are made parties respondent to this cause by the general description of "Parties Unknown",, if any such there be, whose addresses are unknown. And it is ORDERED that the aforesaid non-resident respondents do appear before this Court on or before November 21, 1980, and do what is necessary to protect their interest in this suite. And it is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having
