Roger W. Montague has been named to fill the position of Area Conservationist at Culpeper, Virginia, effective June 1, 1981.
In his position of area conservationist, Mr. Montague will supervise SCS personnel giving technical assistance to soil and water conservation districts in the development of comprehensive soil and water conservation programs, and to landowners in 18 counties of northern Virginia.
The area covers the counties of Albemarle, Caroline, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Fluvanna, Greene, Hanover, King George, Loudoun, Louisa, Madison, Nelson, Orange, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, and Stafford.
