November 13 is that the dental program, masterminded and organized in past years by former elementary school principal Mary Botts Quaintance, will begin again, this time under the auspices of the local health department.
Regional health department director Dr. John Einarson told the Rappahannock supervisors on Monday that Mrs. Quaintance had approached him with a plan to continue the dental program, using the $8,000 remaining in the Teacher’s Association Dental Program account to secure state matching funds.
