In Rappahannock, Guest's margin of victory was the same 61 percent he achieved in the four-county 18th district which also includes Clarke, Page and Warren.
The Warren County farmer and businessman was the only Republican winner in Rappahannock. Robb carried the county with 58 percent of the vote, Davis drew 52 percent and Baliles got 51 percent, according to unofficial returns.
