Mr. and Mrs. Bernard L. Jenkins of Sperryville announce the engagement of their daughter, Rhonda Sue, to Jackie Melvin Baldwin, also of Sperryville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Baldwin of Washington.
Miss Jenkins is a 1976 graduate of Rappahannock County High School. Mr. Baldwin attended the same school and is employed by Rochester Corporation in Culpeper. A November wedding is planned.
