Plea agreements settled five cases brought before Circuit Court Judge Shore Robertson on Thursday.
As a condition of the plea bargain struck with commonwealth's attorney Douglas Baumgardner, Gary Allen Stuple, 26, of Covington, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and grand larceny.
The charges arose from the June 3, 1981, robbery of Major Cogill's Wakefield Service Station at Flint Hill.
