Robertson agreed to have Dr. William Young complete a preliminary evaluation of Jackson and advised the accused to cooperate with both the psychiatrist and his attorney. “He’s there to help you,” the judge emphasized.
The case was continued until March 18 for a hearing to determine further procedures and Jackson was freed on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond conditional upon his keeping appointments and otherwise cooperating with Dr. Young.
