Concerning the case between the supervisors and the slob hunters, it sounds more like the supervisors versus the legitimate sportsman. That's the group that’s being penalized.
Hunting season is predicated upon the number of deer, bear, etc., which is increasingly yearly, not the county. How do you control over-population? A number of county residents depend on this season to supplement their diet. Do we penalize them also? Some have a lot of time and money invested
