way Gift Shop dosed their business, it gave Jimmy a perfect opportunity to purchase the equipment belonging to the thriving deli and pizza business at Parkway. Jimmy also hired Mike Sacco as pizza chef to insure the same quality pizza. Mike makes the dough and sauce each day from scratch and eventually hopes to add some other specialties to the menu. “I think I could handle almost any kind of Italian cooking,” Mike told us. “And if 1 can’t, 1 can always call mother.” Mike joked that his pizza was the “cheapest in the county” but even without that distinction it is a good value at under six dollars for a large pepperoni pizza.

This week the Celia’ Deli i will be open every day from 9:00 to 8:00.
