Before a full house last Friday, the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals voted unanimously to issue a special use permit to Massanova Pentecostal Church for a Christian day school.
The board stipulated, however, that enrollment is limited to 50 and that a sewage disposal system in compliance with health department regulations must be operating by August, 1982.
The courtroom was packed on Friday with 60 some supporters of the church’s application including the 25 youngsters currently enrolled at Massanova Christian Academy, dressed in bright red and navy blue uniforms
