Loesser Spotlighted
The Music Theatre Ensemble of Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music in Winchester will present Perfectly Frank on Saturday. January 15. at 8:30 p.m. in Armstrong Auditorium.
The production is a revue of the music of Frank Loesser. composer of such favorites as “Baby. It’s Cold Outside," "My Darling, My Darling," “You’re Either Too Young or Too Old," “Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition," "I Don't Want to Walk Without You," and many others that stir memories of the 40’s era. Loesser also composed music for such musicals as Guys and Dolls, The Most Happy Fella, Where's Charlie. How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and Green Willow.
This performance will be a benefit for the Theatre Talent Scholarship. All proceeds will go toward helping talented students attend or stay at Shenandoah to study for careers in professional theatre.

Friends Meet
The Blue Ridge Chapter of the Compassionate Friends will meet Tuesday, January 11, at 7:30 at St. James Episcopal Church on Culpeper St. in Warrenton.
The Compassionate Friends is a newly formed group for families who have lost children.
