Council met briefly to consider dilapidated street signs, a donation of the old town pews, and town snow removal. The Rappahannock Welfare Department planned a cheese distribution for eligible county welfare recipients.

The Rappahannock Supervisors endorsed the proposal of a deer season equal to that in other counties at its February meeting. Also endorsed was enabling legislation currently under consideration in the General Assembly that would give counties authority to phase and locate development in accordance with their ability to provide services.
