It is ORDERED that said persons, if any such' there be, are hereby made defendants by the general description of "parties unknown", who shall be required to appear not later than February 7, 1983, being a date more than fifty days following the entry of this Order, to do what is necessary to protect their interests.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week, for four successive weeks, in The Rappahannock News, a newspaper haying general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
