The text of the proposed rules can be examined at the Commission’s Document Control Center, Floor Bl, Jefferson Building, Bank and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia, and at the business offices of each cooperative where customer bills may be paid.
These proposed rules will be considered separately from the rules pending in Case No. PUE820056, which will be limited solely to investor-owned utilities.
Interested persons may submit written comments on the proposed rules on or before January 31, 1983, by writing William C. Young, Clerk, Virginia State Corporation Commission, P.0. Box 2118, Richmond, Virginia 23216 making reference to Case No. PUE820087. Any request to be heard orally must likewise be submitted. The Commission envision^ that the final rules in this proceeding will become effective by March 1, 1983.
